One to One and Two to One
Pilates Mat

I offer one to one and two to one mat sessions, and will tailor the sessions to your personal needs. Using various bits of equipment to compliment your natural movement, these classes have a number of health benefits, especially if you are suffering from back pain or recovering from an operation.

Individual sessions are charged at £37.50 per hour and two to one sessions are £54 (£27 per person).

Tailored 6 and 12 week workout plans are available, which can be designed to include 1-3 classes per week, dependent on your needs and budget.

One to One and Two to One
Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer can really help improve and maintain overall fitness, with a particular focus on core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Almost anyone can benefit from this workout, with many of my clients completing sessions whilst recovering from operations, improving longstanding back issues or even just as part of a "get fit" routine!

Individual sessions are charged at £57 per hour and two to one sessions are £82 (£41 per person)

Tailored 6 and 12 week workout plans are available, which can be designed to include 1-3 classes per week, dependent on your needs and budget.

Small Group and Pilates Circuit Sessions

Group Mat and Circuit sessions are designed for mixed abilities. Still following the Pilates Principles and focusing on concentration, flow and breathing! 

We will use small equipment for mat and the reformers for circuit sessions (balls, weights, ring etc) to make the sessions fun and energetic!

The group mat sessions are £15 per hour. 

6 and 12 week workout plans are available, which can be designed to include 1-3 classes per week. Also pay as you go option is available.

Nutrition to Support Physical Activities

The Pilates Room offers Nutrition Plans for individual needs. Weekly and Monthly Food Diaries are available after the initial consultation.  These plans are for individuals who would like to improve their health, habits and food choices along with their physical activities. 

The Nutritional Advice and a weekly plan is from £30.

*7 days meal plan £40 with daily check-ins

*6 weeks daily check-ins with nutritional advice (no meal plans) £125

*6 weeks daily check-ins with meal plan each week £220
